Hi there, my name is Jessica. I am a 25 year old living in the city where nothing ever happens – Perth, Western Australia.

My name is not really Zoe Zombie. Alas, I was christened into the Greek Orthodox faith with the name Zoe (Derived from Zoe of Rome, to be exact – not exactly a story to tell your kids) but it’s not exactly like I believe in that shit. I just think it’s awesome to have an alternative name to my popular 1990s name. And where did “Zombie” come from? Why, my creepy love for Rob Zombie and 1970s Zombie films, of course. So, since I have semi-lied to you about my name, what is this all about?

I’m a web designer and struggling developer. Honestly. Give me some Javascript and I’ll make a mess of it in an hour but I’ll make it do something… eventually. I’ve always been creative. I was primarily into drawing and painting and web design just happened to be one of those mediums that expressed my creativity. I love all aspects of design and creativity so you’ll find bits of that on here.

I also really enjoy stupidity. I’m not perfect and I’ve been the subject of my own blogs pointing out those imperfections. But boy, I really do enjoy a good hearty laugh at everything that’s just fucked. up.

My mouth gets me in to trouble a lot and surprisingly, so has previous incarnations of this blog over the years. I suppose that’s what happens when people know that you have a blog!

I enjoy horror films, heavy metal, being a control freak and chanel.
