Here’s my lame ass story – I came home from work, hell bent on achieving success. Does it matter that the “success” I speak of consists of cleaning the house and doing some webwork? No. I even made a list and allocated time. 30 minutes each task. Pretty reachable. And I haven’t done EITHER of those.

I’ve been trying to get my iMac and my Dell laptop to talk to each other since Sunday. And since my laptop is the spawn of Satan, aka Vista, it’s being a complete bitch. All I wanted to do was watch episode 4, season 2 of Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles.

I am aware of how nerdy that last sentence sounded.

Then, I realised “oh my god, The Girls Next Door is coming in E! soon and it’s the one where they all realise they are having sex with a man old enough to be their great-grandfather! I better cook dinner!” So I cooked dinner.

Then I sat there, watching with tears streaming down my face, saddened that the man is going to die old and alone. Ok, maybe just old. Or soon. And now I am back here.

I am currently spending my time trying to stop Murderface from playing “Jungle” with my new computer.

Perhaps I shall get started on those tasks now.
